Yes it’s been bubbling. Not a lot.

Hi. I used all purpose flour. Should I have been using whole wheat? I’m not quite sure what is supposed to be happening now. It’s been seven days. I’m still feeding once a day. Should it rise and fall during that time?

Hi. I thought my post was submitted. I joined party three days ago. My starter doesn’t smell wonderful but it seems to be bubbling and texture seems right.

Hi Kate. I live in California and am originally from Morocco. I was visiting a friend who practices permaculture on his farm there and he said that Morocco does not have the composting worms. Then I met someone else who uses a bucket with holes in it, buried in the ground, for humanity. This friend said yes there are worms.  Do you know anything about composting in various countries and climates and whether or not worms for composting are ubiquitous?
Thank you

Hi. I would like to add books by Bernie Siegel Love, Medicine, and Miracles. Cancer oncologist.
Also, books by Louise L Hay. Oldies but goodies.
Love and healing to you.

Your art is beautiful! What about creating a book? Or a collection of poems or nursery rhymes to go with them?

Hi. I too, notice there are many ways of healing. I just finished Dr. Gabor Mate’s book The Myth of Normal, in which he speaks of the mind/body/cultural context of disease. May be of interest. Also, I had a student who was failing to thrive physically and eventually his parents dicovered he had Crohn’s disease and a naturopath prescribed a very specific diet and this boy grew and gained weight and his whole mood lifted because he was feeling so much better and didn’t spend so much time in the bathroom or haunted by his digestion so it seems like diet can help.
What a great resource this thread!
