My ambition is to find an area where there are many like minded folks , buy a few acres of land with no restrictions and create a small self sufficient homestead. Mild winters ,woods and creeks. I guess you could call it a dream until it occurs.I was nearly there here in NY, but it just wasn't the right place due to the way things are here. I have a small home to sell and skills.
