This is a badge bit (BB) that is part of the PEA curriculum. Completing this BB is part of getting the sand badge in Natural Medicine.

For this BB, you will acquire (probably purchase) fresh or dried burdock root and make a poultice.

Minimum requirements:
  - Start with an identifiable sample of burdock root
  - Herb must be fully chopped/blended/mashed to ensure proper exposure to the good bits
  - Apply it directly or prepare and store correctly

Provide proof of the following as pictures or video (<2 mins):
  - Identifiable image of the herb
  - Preparing the herb
  - Your finished poultice on a body or properly prepared and stored in a labelled container, with the label also indicating the date
