Yes its another documentary, but unlike the flood of foody hit movies this one hit the spot for me because it is not a redundant subject. I think the rapid growth of the food revolution is a direct result of the many documentaries spanning the first decade of the millennium pounding the message hard. There is an unweighable debt owed to the messengers, but sticking on the subject of diet is not charting unexplored waters anymore. We need to drive new messages out there that are long overdue and expand the arsenal of wisdom on holistic living so this leaves me to my optimistic endorsement of a new documentary.
