Hi friends -
We are forming a regenerative agriculture farm on 80 acres in south central Virginia. Keysville, to be exact.
We have roughly 40 acres of pasture (which I have managed with rotational grazing for the past 5 years) and 40 acres of woodlands.
We are opening up a collective for women interested in building their own enterprises on this land. We envision an interconnected way of functioning between enterprises and among each other.
Our process for vetting folks (you vetting us and us vetting you) starts with a phone call, then includes a farm visit, and after that another phone call. And, if things look promising, you can join our every other week planning phone calls (which would become in-person meetings once you move here.)
We aim to create a climate of good communication and mutual benefit.
