Any civil engineers here?

I’ve seen soil compaction machines – (The Bobcat looking ones with a huge vibrating rolling pin) at work and was wondering if this could be used to create giant rammed wall blocks.

Rammed earth walls are just 15 inches. I'm sure the Compacting machines are capable of compressing this?

A giant Frame placed on the floor horizontally like this |__________________|
and filled in.
A Soil compaction machine runs over this a few times.
The form is then pulled up and placed vertically in a trench for stability. OR the area surrounding it could be rammed to provide additional support.

Essentially, we don't move the block an inch. A tractor pulls the wall up and its left in place. The frame may be tapered to have a thick base.

If the amount of soil in a block constructed like this is the same as a traditionally filled one, does it make a difference how its filled?

I’m sorry if this idea seems absurd. I’m no civil engineer.
