I have 12 acres that I am looking to sell. It is located just outside Rolla Missouri in Phelps County... nearly zero restrictions with 3+ acres! It does have a small house... trailer 14x45 2br 1 ba. We have a shed 15x20 for water collection... 1200g capacity with pump and psi tank. It is grid tied now but we were hoping for a small grid tied system or go cold turkey in the future. The shed is rock bag foundation, pallets, cob exterior. I am looking at a job transfer and may sell. Have a 1952 Ford 9n with 5 attachments that could go with it. Great Southern exposure.
