build this place up and he's one of the Co-founders. The agreement was to stay and help for a year then he switched it to 2 months completely messing up my plans and now I'm kind of at conflict because of what he did. He went back on absolutely everything he said. He will offer 500$ a month with meals included and rides anywhere you want....would be great if he kept his word...he deducted for meals...Which out of 2 months I had eaten with him 6 times period....he deducted power usage and his well water usage.... he said this exactly....Collin I'll pay you a 500$ monthly Stipend....And all meals transport power/water usage are included....Collin are you sure I'm not taking advantage of you....NO sir! I'm here for the experience and agriculture not the money....at the end of each month...well the 2....he paid me 50$....wonder if he knows stipend means....A fixed rate of pay..LOL! Anyways I figured I should let someone know...If you need his name then email me because I'm not blasting his name on here because that's not who I am...I feel terrible typing this up but like I said...I think you guys should be aware...It's my fault though because I'm too nice and I'm a push over...But...now I'm partially scr#@$d but it's ok...I believe in Karma....Hope this is ok and if it's not please delete it.. Like i said..I LOVE this site and don't want to get in trouble...He did other stuff too but I feel like a child putting THIS on here so this is what I'll put ^^^^ lol....Thanks Guys....and yes...he said he helped build this place...a co-creator..but I'm sure his butt gets jealous because of all the poo that comes out of his mouth...
