We are looking for any housing situation. We are open to any offers. We have experience building and remodeling homes. We have extensive homesteading and building knowledge
We have experience in organic gardening and animal husbandry. Extensive pasture poultry management experience. We are also skilled butchers.
Also we have had our own farmstead creamery and goats milk soap, lotion and herbal salve business. We also are very knowledgeable about herbs and wild crafting. What we don't know we are willing to learn. We also are well versed in SEO and website building.
We also have kennel management, dog training and grooming experience.
We do not need a large home in a fancy neighborhood just looking for a safe place to call home and grow our future. We are willing to tent while we build something more permanent. Also we are very good roommates if you only have a room share arrangement.
We would consider a tiny home in a bad neighborhood if that were our only option.
Also we would consider a small lot to put a tiny house on.
We also would consider a handyman special.

We do have four small to medium cocker spaniel sheltie mix dogs.
We are not looking for hand outs we just hope to find someone willing to give us a chance.
We will do a straight work share arrangement or a paid position but we are not able to provide a down payment.
Please contact us with ideas, suggestions or offers.
We have no children of our own but we love children and interact well. We would consider a nanny/caretaker arrangement.
Also fluent in Spanish. We would consider leaving the country for an opportunity.

I have considered that option and I may end up doing that if nothing else comes up.
Thank you for the suggestion.

When I originally posted this my partner abd I had bought this land for $470 per month. It is a beautiful piece of property just off of Route 60.The road is maintained by the state. It is bordered on each side with two five acre plots. They are owned by one person. He leaves a camper there. The land is 10 miles from the James River State Park. There are no utilities on the land but it is an option. The seller is a local builder. He has been selling land with no down payment for 30 years. We had planned on building here but we have since changed our mind.We do not know enough people not do we have enough income to build like Wed planned. If it is something you may be interested in I am sure you can take over my payments. The land is fully covered with old growth timber. The only requirement the owner has us no trees larger than 2 inches be cut and no permanent building could be built until you make 11 more payments or a small down payment. The owner will carry the note for the life if the loan or he will help convert it to a construction loan.
The land is beautiful, the neighbors are about a mile away. There are two very nice towns within 15 miles
Lynchburg is also only 20 miles away. The school system in Amherst is very good. The job opportunities are also good.Lynchburg and Amherst have very nice farmers markets. There is a thriving agrotourism movement including farm breweries. My fiance has just decided he wants to try to get in to the Ant program at Wheaton Labs. And I am a gypsy at heart so I wasn't too upset when he changed his mind.If you would like pictures or have any other questions please feel free to contact me.
I do not have to find a buyer to get out of my obligation. But I do see this as a good opportunity for someone such as yourself. We do not have children so the project is scaring him.He doesn't want to build from the ground up.But the land is very well suited for any homesteading or permaculture lifestyle.

Would you consider a work exchange for a part of your plot?Myself and my partner would really appreciate this opportunity
We do not have much in the way of start up money but we do have a vehicle, tools and years of animal husbandry gardening, building and a small income from our online businesses. We also could take over some of your internet posting.I have quite a bitof experience with YouTube, social media and website building.I could work with helping you document the progress and help you publish a book.My partner is very strong and has good building skills.
At some point we could put money towards the project but doing so now would take us longer to save to get to Montana. We realize we are losing valuable time in getting our shelter built. We would be able to stay indefinitely. We would like to have our own piece of your amazing community.

I would like to become an Ant.Currently am unable to come up with $800 but I do have a partner,a vehicle and two lifetime s of homesteading skills.Would it be possible to exchange work for an acre plot or we also would be very happy to sublease a portion of another Ants plot.We are just about 1/2 through the required podcast listening and we are positive that we would be a perfect fit for your amazing community.Thank you so much for all that you have done to open our eyes and mind to the benefits of permaculture.

I'm a "hands on" kind of gal.I guess I'm from Missouri and it's the "show me"state. In my mind permaculture has moved beyond the reading and writing state and now it's "just do it".You can spend a lifetime reading but until you actually get your hands dirty it's just talk.
