Looks like an Echeveria spp. to me.
They are from Central America and they like: free-draining soil, good sunlight, not too much water, weak fertilizer doses, warm conditions
Or, put another away, they dislike: wet feet, drastic lighting changes, frost, water on the leaves, drying out completely
Otherwise, they are actually pretty easy to care for
