On my journey of learning and experiencing permaculture I have gathered a lot of data (books, website, and article but also gardening and garden design experiences) on permaculture practices.
All these snippets are like a bunch of categorized (retrofitting, forest gardening, guilds, etc) but unrelated piles post-its on a big whiteboard in my head. When I understand the bigger picture everything automatically falls into place but I haven't been able to see the whole painting yet ;-) similar to David Holmgren's Principle 7: Design from Patterns to Details
Is there a book or website that first paints the big picture (what are the components and their relations) before getting hands-on?
