Are you buying completely undeveloped land? If so what housing type do you intend to use, what's the water source, power source, and bathroom plan?
Are you planning on buying the property yourselves or are you looking for more people to contribute ?
Also are you open to having livestock?

Where is your community at? And what sort of animals and projects do you have?
I found my mental health to be poor during my winter in Portland so I'm not exactly inclined to stay in a particularly cloudy place but I'm still interested in joining the right community, if that makes sense

Oh ! Tbh it kinda depends on whether I end up buying land near klamath falls or if I buy in Williams az.
Im not going to decide on plants till I've settled into an area as the climates are not similar in rainfall or time cloudless.
I've cared for goats and milked them before so ill probably keep goats and I've helped raise chickens for years so them seem like a natural choice. The idea of keeping bees appeals to me, but I have no experience keeping them so they'd be way in the future.  If I had more money I'd love to keep cattle or train and sell horses but that's out of my budget currently.

I'm not sure if I'd be selling anything from the farm consistently unless I ended up with more than I needed, but I do intend to sell art and I still intend to work part time

Not quite sure if I'd be what you are looking for but if nothing else, its be nice to have a new friend! I'm a 22 year old transguy who's trying to find someone to start a small farm with.
Can't say I'm spiritual, but I'm not like. Against that kinda thing.
I like video games, though I'm terrible at them as I really didn't get to play them as a teen. My current fave is Ark Survival
I've had a hard time finding people who both want to live a more "green" way and aren't against having technology lol.
Anyhow, I'm very talkative and tend to be a bit impulsive. I've been a horse trainer/herd manager, construction worker, farm hand, and landscaper.
