Thank you for sharing the beautiful words. I also found in my garden a new birth of life where it once died. I would always see it, but never saw it before, if you know what I mean. This small life opened my eyes, and brought me a deep consolation because I was recovering from the loss of my beloved husband and was deeply depressed.
Earlier this year, I pruned some of my berry-bearing shrubs down to the ground. The new growth coming out of the cuts are amazing this summer, more vibrant, more fruitful, more life. Healing after the wounds. On our trees, on our hands, in our lives.
It is beautiful to find this amazing life growing, and it is beautiful to share it with someone who appreciates it. I used to have that in my life and I miss it very much. May your day be blessed with more beautiful things today.
