We're still active and still looking for community members.

Three families have purchased parcels. Two have moved here, and are working on their living spaces; the other is taking things more slowly.

The current project is the community water system, as well as all the usual homesteading activities.

Personally I think the master key is tolerance. Human interaction is the most difficult problem to deal with; way harder than any homesteading chores. You have to be careful not to drift into conflict avoidance though. That's not being tolerant, that's just leaving problems unresolved.

Yes Liberty, we are still looking for good people to join our little neighborhood. We are currently 5 full time and 1 part time families, all with their own land and homes, and 1 family that recently purchased land here but haven't built a home yet. We still have 8 homesites left. We have space available for temporary or transition housing. We have equipment, skills, and maybe even some time to help you out. We can host visitors any time of the year. If you have questions or would like to schedule a visit just let me know.

Yes, we are still looking. Unfortunately one family is preparing to move away for a job. We also have at least 8 home sites ready for building. We are about to hire a homesteading realtor to help us find suitable families.
