i try to make some fish emulsion. After about 2 weeks into the fermentation, i start seeing mold on the surface. it had been a month and the mold still appear on the surface but there is no significant smell from the fish emulsion. Can i just scoop and dispose the mold and bottled the fish emulsion for garden use?
