With a submersible pump you can add a air intake line to the water pump and bubbles will come out of you water line.
Use bubble air hose, make a hole for it, or attach it to the water intake. When the pump sucks in water, it will also be pulling air into the line.
Make a hydrogen generator and put the oxygen port in the intake. Burn of or use hydrogen, dont store it.
