I grind coriander seeds in with my coffee beans and it is my favorite way to have coffee! I’m sure cardamom coffee is delicious too, though.

Red clover is an excellent medicinal!  I would harvest it for medicine when it flowers then decide either to put a thick layer of mulch right over it or allow it to be the ground over around your plants.
