We have one. It gets super hot in the summer (nice at night) and super cold in the winter (too cold.) We had regular rainstorms in Colorado last summer, so we couldn't just unzip the roof and replace it with the screen, a drier summer climate might resolve the inner heat better with that feature. We're looking at installing the solar fan to see if it will reduce the inside temperatures. This past winter we installed our wood stove but once it got super cold - in the 20's then lower- there were terrible backdrafts with the smoke coming into the space. We couldn't get a wood stove specialist in for months, so we abandoned ship for the winter which was sad. We are thinking of that liner too and wondering if it'll make a big difference or not given how cold it gets here in CO (down to -10). We don't have an alternative heating system/electricity at the dome, so that could offset that issue if we did, or a propane heater instead. Filling the tanks was an issue given where it's located.
