Looks like a form of "powdery mildew" to me. Here on our farm, this usually hits the tomatoes in our greenhouse and signals the end of our harvest. Some use sulfur to fight it, as it is a fungal infection. We usually just remove the plant altogether, though you could certainly give treatment a try.
