I have recently started my off-grid living journey and there are tons of great YouTube videos out there. I purchased some great books on off-grid living as well that are rather informative such as: No Grid Survival Projects, The Self Sufficient Backyard, and The Complete Book of Self Sufficiency. There are some good websites out there too such as
Modern Off Grid Homestead which is great because this site focuses on the "modern" aspect of off-grid living.
