The overflow must surely go to another container to fill with rain water..... l have just found a shell oil IBC washed up on the East Sussex coastline at Cuckmere Haven and hope to use it for a very dry gardening project... capturing and storing rain water over winter to se in spring and summer to help young plants and shrubs flourish through the dry spring and summer...
