Thanks a lot Satamax for the line. Hi Cindy, the sensors to be used shouldn't be that expensive as am only doing a prototype for the stove efficiency. They want me to come up with small sketch of a stove connected to a flue pipe and say how I will control the air flow in the stove.

Hi, my name is Emmanuel, I am carrying out a project on efficiency of a stove. I am an electronics engineering student, please can anyone help with ways in which an efficiency of a stove could be measured. The supervisor said my stove will have a flue pipe attached to it at the top, and I should come up with different concepts of which I will control the air flow in and out of the stove, how it will affect the overall stove efficiency. The dilemma I am having in this project is how to go about it in an electronics concept, what kind of sensors will be needed and what measurements are to be taken ? I will appreciate if someone gives a hint or have an answer to my question as its very important to me, thanks.
