Behind the building there are trees, mesquites and in the wash area there are multiple species, including desert willow, oak, walnut, and juniper. There are no land owner fees as this piece is exempt. You will have the use of lodge swimming pool 3 miles away.

I have 40 acres in Brewster County on the Terlingua Ranch. It is 3 miles to the ranch lodge, one 40 acre parcel back from the main road. This is desert country but these 40 acres are special. There are trees, it backs up to a mountain, has a nice wash, and all ready has swales. There is a partial metal building, wells on the properties directly in front. This would make a beautiful little ranch for someone interested in a permaculture get away. $20,000. The lodge has a swimming pool and restaurant. Lots of deer and game.
