I am currently a physician in a specialty that affords good work/life balance.
In a nutshell, I want to transition to working part time as a doctor and part time as a cob teacher.
My wife and I have a thorough education in cob building and we also have a few buildings under our belts. I feel capable of teaching people how to build as well as we know how ourselves, and I simply want to spend more of my time on this stuff and have a way to allow my family to be more directly involved in my life.
However, I am not sure how to get the process started. I am also not sure what the legal situation would be like, from a business standpoint, from a liability standpoint or for the mere fact that I intend to spend about half of my time teaching a skill that is quasi-legal at best - but it's something I really want to do.
Any input would be appreciated.
