I apologize right away if there is a similar post as this one. I guess I couldn't find the exact answers I was searching for specifically. So recently I purchased a mobile home, It is a double wide and got it for 15000 dollars. Also I purchased 3 acres of land for 15000 dollars. Now for the difficult haul, It will cost around 5000 dollars estimated to move it to the land. I am building a basement which is a little less then 10000. We will need to remove some trees which we have a good estimate for along with hooking up the water, sewage, and electricity etc. My question now is for the costs to hook up the utilities can that be rolled into the mortgage loan or all have to be payed up front? If anyone has any suggestions feel free to discuss.
