Anyone have an aquaponics setup in Alaska? Are there any special considerations I need to be taking besides the -60 fahrenheit winters. As far as dish go I have heard that trout like a current and lots of aeration, which seems troublesome. Tilapia however seem to be a no go here.

Make sure whatever container you plan to have the larvae mature and breed in is very well contained, just make sure they still have air holes. My brother learned that they are excellent escape artists.
