So you can't build an earthbag home in winter? Do you have to use concrete? Thanks

We have also just purchased land in the Ozarks we will be starting an either earthbag or staw bale home at the beginning of November. We could use any help we can get knowledge or otherwise! So glad to hear there are like minded fiolk in the area I wonder what is quicker to build strawbale cob or earthbag cob? Thanks
