I fell in love with Chico a long time ago and think it would be an awesome place to start a Homestead that does not require farming beyond what we personally would choose to grow. Are there any like minded folks out there who might want to share in my vision? I will be out in Chico in early June and would love to connect with any and all who might be interested in putting up a tiny house, yurt, whatever and live communally as off the grid as anyone would choose to. Respect and a desire to live small and way within our means is what this is all about. I am in my 50s, female, educated, east coast dweller with a 18 month or less plan.
