The links to the aquaponicshq.com site are down. Maybe you can get me started in the right direction. I am developing a community farm in Haiti, which is off grid. On the property is an above ground cement 5000 gallon water tank which is currently not in use. I'd love to get an aquaculture system set up for the locals to grow their own food, but the high energy ones are not feasible.
