Hi David, I'm looking into this with our shipping service, which should have sent you your DVDs back in September. They are closed today/Sunday, so I'll know by tomorrow what's up.

So far we have received dozens of requests from people wanting to know why they have not received anything. So far, the dominant answer has been "we just put it in the mail yesterday - you have to give the post office a chance to get it to you."
So at this point in time, I think the best thing to do is to wait. I suspect that 95% of the support questions we get will be resolved by waiting. So please have a wee bit of patience.
