Are there still any spots at your place? We have no permaculture experience, but my wife and I have WWOOFed in Hawaii for 9 months and I have worked on a vegetable farm in Colorado for a season. Of course, we would be eager to learn. It sounds like you have a really neat setup and I'd love to find out more.
