I would be interested in buying the 8-DVD on “Better Wood Heat” and noticed it is 35.00 purchased in the US and 100.00 anywhere else in the world. Has the ‘anywhere else’ packet got some extra stuff with it or are you just charging 65.00 for shipping to Europe?
