Homestead and Sculpture Garden Apprentice needed at our old granite quarry site in Sullivan, Maine near Acadia National Park. We have a large well-established organic vegetable garden with greenhouses, fruit trees, bushes, bees, and chickens.
Offering room and board in exchange for help; stipend depending on situation. WIFI available, private shower and bath. Housing available in cabins, gypsy wagon, the boat or tents.
Our compound is open to the public as an outdoor art gallery and stone sculpting studio. Must be self-motivated and a good team player. We ask 4 hours daily during the week. Opportunities: gardening, forestry, boating on the bay, carpentry, cooking, and much more. Pristine quarry pool for swimming, paddle boarding, hiking/biking trails, and a sauna.
