15 days after the kickstarter ends, we can tell who actually paid. At that point, we will do a "kickstarter survey" which asks for everybody's address and how they want their name to appear in the vids. People will have 72 hours to get us the name and then we ignore the address at that point.
72 hours after the surveys go out, we will collect the answers and massage them into the microdocs and the dvd.
About five days later we hope to be able to start sending out the digital versions, and we will send the dvd version to the dvd printer.
Overall, about five or six weeks after the kickstarter is over we will have the dvds and need to send them. That is the moment that we get all the latest info from kickstarter and we use that info for mailing out the dvds. During all that time, kickstarter allows you to change your address.
