That's just what I observe from seeing many RV camping spots- nearly all of them are gravel but a patio is a serious bonus for many people. Don't waste concrete where it'll be covered up.... put it where it'll be valued.

Thanks for the response Anders! I should have added that we are planning on putting a 20' x 20' courtyard just feet away from the parking pad. I was more trying to figure out if 20' x 10' would be enough to comfortably house a few different types of tiny home builds, or if we should consider going wider and/or longer to by more versatile.

I'm looking to build a parking pad on one of my properties to be semi-permanent parking for tiny homes. I'd like the space to be as versatile as possible to fit a range of different sizes of THOW's. I was thinking of making the pad 20' x 10'. I know that tiny's are typically 8' 6" wide, is 10' enough width? Is 20' enough length to accommodate different types/sizes of tiny's?

I am also open to suggestions for type of material and construction, right now the must effective seems to be taking off the top soil, dropping in a core grid and filling with crushed rock. Any tips on this? Open to all types of input/ideas!
