Hello! Me and my partner are looking into Virginia as a place to build our green dream. We want to be part of a community and build a cob home. Maybe part strawbale. Does anyone have a cob home in Virginia? If so, where and what kinds of hoops did you have to jump through with housing regulations and stuff?
