Its pot should always have a hole or a few holes in the bottom. If there are no holes it is possible that the bottom of the soil fills up with water and kills the roots. I hope the plastic pot inside the white pot has holes.

Your plant looks OK, but a bit less water. They like well-drained soil and heat.
