I always suffered seasonal allergies. A couple of years ago we started raising Nigerian Dwarf goats. Last summer we started milking one of the nanny goats and drinking the raw milk. Usually late summer and early fall I have an allergy attack and last fall my allergies were very minimal. I usually have a repeat outbreak in the Spring and this year my allergies were almost non-existent. I don't even bother with the claratin or zytec anymore. I just now put 2 and 2 together that it's the raw goats milk with all the antibodies and probiotics that are beneficial to my immune system and have eliminated my allergies.
