Pourover coffee with a reuseable hemp cloth filter works well, found a company that sells these filters for people who live on boats, No need for metal, glass, paper, or ceramic parts (except for a cup to hold your bean juice). Clean your filter (laundry) when straining time gets too long and compost before it starts falling apart (I’ve had mine for almost a year, daily use). These natural filters can be used for teas, herbal tinctures, beeswax infusions, you name it. Best tasting cup of hot coffee for guests who prefer less intensity than espresso.

I love a moka pot too. Stainless steel with a rubber gasket, quick and clean taste, somewhat metallic. Sterilized coffee pucks can be frozen and used for mushroom cultivation and soil amendments. Try pouring hot moka shot over ice cubes for a cooler,  less bitter cup.

Hoping to find an Arabic style coffee pot someday, beautiful aesthetics and taste.

You could also try hemp filters with cold brew, coarse ground beans after soaking overnight. No heat needed, ready to drink when you wake up. We diluted our cold brew 1:1 with cold water when I worked at coffee shop. Natural fiber filters help remove some of those bitter/sour tannins. I like to add a moka shot to my pour over, so-called “red eye”.

I hope this helps!
