For 5he toothpaste it says NOT to repeat 3a. Then it says to repeat step 3 up to 12 times. Step 3 doesn't add any water so how can you repeat it 12 times ?
Step a is where you add the water. Step b us where you stir it and pour off the clear water.
How can you repeat step b 12 times if you've already poured off all the clear water ?
Are you supposed to add water 12 times then stir then pour each time?
