Where on the US east coast would one go to find:

elevation 500 feet or higher
maximum 1 hour drive from the sea (if only 500ft drops into the sea)
maximum 2,5 hours drive from a major airport
ability to grow things like avocado's (so only light frosts up to sporadic 15°F)
