Hi, Can anyone with adequate natural building experience give any advice on building a small circular cob house into a dig-out/terrace like structure (so a living roof essentially blends in with the terrace above and to the side)... would this generally cause issues with damp & mold on the side that is against the earth?
We are looking for the best, low cost, natural building structure for a small (15ft diameter) building, and roofing that would appear almost invisible from most angles and blend seamlessly into the landscape but last a very long time in Southern Spain (sub-tropical environment). Preferably a proven ancient technique.
All advice welcome.
