Hello, my name is Terry and I happened upon your post. I'm an Army veteran looking for something long-term, quiet, stable and something I enjoy. I'm a divorced dad whose only kiddo just graduated and Im looking for the next chapter. I'm originally from Texas and transplanted to The Appalachian Mountains of West Virginia. I liked the change from city to mountain life and have been here every since. I think I'm totally capable of putting in 40 hrs and also capable of enjoying it in a great place . I've worked in orchards , I'm good at repairs, property caretaking, property security,survivability, running errands, leading other workers , and a pretty decent conversationalist. I've worked on different properties in different environments and would like the opportunity if it's available. Been a self motivated self starter and don't plan on changing that. If I don't know something I have no problem asking or looking for the answer.
