I bough Chia seeds just to see what they were like as an edible. I decided to throw some in the dirt and they sprouted within 4 days. They were Bob’s Red Mill (whole organic)brand. They are about 10” tall right now but it is September 4th; not sure if they will flower or which color the flowers will be.
