turn it into paper mulch
make a simple press jig out of wood with a slot on the end to hang some weight
perforated steel plate perhaps, maybe some tough wood frame can work also
you press it into cubes and stack it nicely and leave it to dry out and use that as fuel

depends on what technological level youre at, if youre an evil genious you can turn it into bio oil, but that involves heavy metal equipment and immediate death if that goes wrong, for most of us simple wood furnaces are a better option for energy.

it COULD potentially be used as insulating bricks but you must coat them in something totally waterproof, silicone perhaps andthen a thick layer of something more water resistant
it may also be added to bricks or cement, perhaps added to refractory bricks which then causes airpockets when its fired making it better insulating

if you can press it really hard you can make bricks out of shredded paper without wettening it first

printer paper has a bit of glue in it, that might be worth keeping in mind

i got something to add that wasnt touched on here. ACETONE
you react it with vinegar (maybe buy stronger vinegar, acetic acid, or make your own by fermenting apple juice and letting it ferment further to vinegar, vinegar is a must to be able to make yourself for the coming times. great preservative!)
then you get calcium acetate, dry this out and heat it up to 300-400 celcius and you will get some crude acetone coming over, its main part of whats in nail polish cleaner, very strong solvent compared to that its watersoluble and as a bonus it can be sprayed into the air intake of clogged gas motors
they keep adding ethanol to gasoline to destroy our gas motors, but acetone is about second best thing to dissolve the gunk that clogs up the system so have at it, but it must be sprayed in not added to fuel
