I would not run pex underground by its self. Run it in a conduit. Or upgrade to well pipe well pipe comes in 3:4-2” sizes. Keep it well under your frost line.  That’s for water lines if your running it for heat lines use the pex that is in a pre installed conduit. If you’re running that watch out when you cut the bands off. It’s like a spring. It’s a bit hard to run it wants to stay coiled up. For that on the bends put a large log rock or something that won’t break and push / jump on the pipe while someone holds the end it will crack and then lay flat. With this I would also run under your frost line. I’m in the north I have run lots of pipes for yard hydrants for water and pipes to outdoor wood stoves. Pex directly underground is good for about 21/2-31/2 years before a problem comes up. Problem’s never happened when it’s convenient.

For you pitch 1/4 per foot is fine for 3” don’t go over the 1/4 per foot. If you end up going to a 4” pipe pitch is only a 1/8” per foot. The biggest thing is have a vent in the line up through the roof that comes off the top of the pipe and stays above the top of your pipe. Within 8’ of the toilet.  A 2” pipe is probably big enough for your vent but in a fully plumbed house it’s a minimum of 3” vent through the roof. If you are in a cold area I would jump it to a 3” vent for frost and ice can build up and close the vent off.

I don’t think it’s a question you need to ask. I think it’s facts about your self you need to give for someone else to say I work with that. Ex for myself.

There is more for me but that is a start. I’m getting out of a 20 year relationship. so I’m not sure where I’m going to land yet but that’s a start of how my future add will look. I’m getting out of the “normal world” and going to home stead for a more laidback lifestyle.

That is what I think they best way to approach a new relationship give them what you do, what you want to see if they will fallow and jive. If they see major thing they don’t like then that’s ok. But a one question to tell you the most information will not happen.
