I have a DVD drive that is getting noisy when it runs.  I think a screw or something is loose on the little bit of outside plastic - so it would seem like the sort of thing that could be mended in a jiffy.

We usually have a 1 day turn around as far as service goes but this is also dependent on what type of problems we find with the computer. Even thouhg it may be a simple fix we probably have other projects that were checked in perviously. We do things in a first come first serve order.
