So, we replaced our old toaster oven with an air fryer oven. I just made a small batch of home fries and wow, I'm pretty impressed!
Do any of you have an air fryer? Any tips to share?

Our airfryer is my husband favourite of our wedding presents, we've had it for three years now, along with all the other wedding presents haha, and he still loves it.  On evenings I go have dinner with my dad he loves to use it to cook "unhealthy bachelor" foods from the frozen section.

You will quickly learn that it isn't really the best for taking something that isn't deep fried and trying to deep fry it, it won't work, unless you start it on the stove and then finish it in the air fryer.

Yes! I bought an air fryer from Xiaomi at the beginning of the summer and I do not use oil for frying at all, I only eat food cooked with the help of an air fryer. The best investment of my money

Hey Ricardo, congrats on the new air fryer! I’ve been using mine for a while now and love it. My tip: try preheating it for a few minutes before adding your food, and shaking the basket halfway through cooking for even results. Also, roasted veggies in the air fryer come out amazing! Enjoy experimenting with it! 😄

Yeah, we do. Here's my recent air fryer thread (which contains links to others): https://permies.com/t/260522/Air-fryer-shopping, though none of that has a vegan lens.
