Skilled Builder Needed – Paid Role on Land-Based Project in Northcentral WV

Looking for a competent, experienced builder to lead a series of construction and retrofit projects, and to teach our team along the way. The site is 2 acres in a suburban area, very commutable to the outdoor-tourism destinations of the area, as well as the state university.

The linked description is written for part-time, 2 days/week) assuming someone local.
We'd be open to the right non-local person, who shares the values and skills of the permies community.
In that case, we'd consider flexibility on the requirements and would be open to barter or hybrid arrangements for the right fit... We do not have turnkey lodging at this time - but open to co-creating a solution (there’s a vintage Airstream on site - livable and clean but needs some sprucing.. no water currently; open to building out something winter-worthy together over time).

Some more niche, land-based/sustainability-based projects on the horizon that aren't in the linked description include:
- A pool-to-pond conversion
- Possible strawbale, mud plaster, or green roof projects (future phase)
- Swale/terrace water management
- Ridge/hilltop pond/water catchement system
- Waddle/willow living fencing
- We don't have the capacity to keep animals currently, but would support someone who wanted to add (and be responsible) for adding that layer to the ecosystem
