Thanks Paul, Joylynn, and Tee !
Will do.
Paul, whether you find this interesting or not, thanks for your time and attention reading it.
Warmest Regards, Joe
I have an 8 acre minifarm/ Homestead in rural Ohio near Amish Country that I have been working on for almost 20 years....Lots of mature Permaculutre plantings (40+ Fruit trees, 30+ Hazelnut bushes, asparagus bed, Rhubarb, Blueberries, false blue indigo, chokecherry, Comfrey, etc...)  Orchard and garden spaces are fenced against the deer...

I am forced by divorce to sell it, and am contemplating whether to try and find a young permie I can hand it off to, who would have a HUGE headstart on a Permaculture homestead, with all the tools and materials I have backstocked as part of the package, or to let it go to some random muggle who will no doubt waste my effects. (Which would bum me deeply)

It has a pond, out buildings, and two (connected to each other) houses, which are passive solar, and super insultated.  Lots of built in goodies.
The package would come with lots of building materials (Lumber, bricks, glass block, etc.., a full canning suite with many many jars, a small Husqavarna tractor, a Rototiller, Irrigation pump, chainsaw, a permaculture library, earthbag tools and 1000 new bags still wrapped on the pallet, 100 gallon Gasoline storage tank in it's own building, A good well with a new back up stainless manual Bison Pump ready to install, a shit ton of handy hardware.... (Lots of other stuff too, but you get the outline....basically a homesteader's /DIY/doomer paradise.)
It kinda kills me to give it up, but I must.
....................................................This is a sweet deal for the right person/couple/group...................................
The second house is handicap accessible, and built to take care of an elder parent under the same roof. (Cared for my Dad for the last 7 years of his life)
Both houses have both wood and propane heat. and each has it's own woodshed.
So, was wondering if you thought it was a viable chance to find said buyer out there somewhere in permie land, and if so, wondering if you thought your resources could aid me, in trade for a percentage of the profit that would ordinarily go to a realtor.
I am told the property could go for the mid to upper 300's, but awaiting an appointment for an offical appraisal.
Anyhow, Thought you might see an inticing opportunity to facilitate a couple of your followers, (one as seller, and one as buyer) - and make some quan in the process.
Interested?
Paul, long time follower (emails, vids, FB posts)....trying to talk with you directly for a short convo.
(Got my PDC from Biill Wilson at Midwest in 2007)
Not a weirdo or anything.
Tried using FB message and the fancy advertising page, but neither got a response.
I do not check into the forums hardly ever.
SO how do I get ahold of you?
My email is yobrojo@gmail.com.
Thanks my friend
Speaking as a graduate of Midwest Permaculture's PDC program, I have to recommend them very highly. Bill and Wayne are not only extremely knowledgeable, but both have a level of spiritual maturity that not only makes their presentation of the material sharply focused, but even moving. After 8 days with them, I felt my life transformed, with a new vision of what I could accomplish in the world, what my task should be, and how I should order my priorities. They are excellent and inspirational teachers, and wise men. I feel lucky to have had the opportunity to learn from them.[size=12]
